Can I manage POs directly in Fuse?

Yes. You can draft, place, track, and receive POs entirely within Fuse. POs can be downloaded as PDFs to be sent directly to vendors, complete with product images from Shopify.

What if I receive more or less than what was ordered?

Fuse supports tracking and reconciliation of POs and shipments. You can receive partial quantities, cancel the balance, or accept overages.

Can a single PO go to multiple warehouses?

Yes. You can split line items by shipment, ETA, warehouse, or status within a single PO.

Does Fuse handle vendor MOQs and casepacks?

Yes. Vendor constraints (MOQs, casepacks, and pricing tiers) can be set for each vendor. Fuse makes it easy to reference these details when placing POs.

Can I set payment terms for each vendor?

Yes, multi-stage payment terms can be set for each vendor and customized for every PO. For example: 30% deposit at PO placement, 20% on dispatch, and 50% net-60 after delivery.

Does Fuse support bill of materials / raw materials planning?

Yes, including multi-level BOMs with scrap percentages per component and production labor cost.

Can Fuse handle bundles and sets?

Yes. Both stockable (pre-kitted) and virtual (picked and packed at fulfillment) bundles are supported.

Does Fuse support lot and batch tracking?

Yes, lot IDs and expiration dates can be tracked in Fuse. This is especially useful for cosmetics, supplements, perishables, and any products with shelf life requirements.

Can Fuse track multiple warehouses and transfer inventory between them?
